The installation will typically take between 4-5 days but times may vary based on the amount of wood being installed and the location of the area it’s being installed in.

The answer really depends on what products were used to sand and refinish the floors but generally, we recommend waiting for a full 24hrs before walking on your floor in socks (no shoes or no bare feet). We do not recommend bringing any furniture in until the floor is fully cured which can take 3-4 days.

Yes, we need to wait until the house dries. Ideally, you should wait a couple of days after power washing before starting to exterior paint. This will give porous surfaces plenty of time to dry before applying paint.
